Zoom Class Schedule

This video is the first self massage class. You will learn the basic tools and techniques used in all future classes. At the same time you can enjoy some pre massage warm up stretches and breathing. This video is the third self massage class. You will learn basic techniques to care for the feet, legs, hips, and low back. Philip has joined me for this class and there is a foam rolling technique which requires applying stress to the shoulder so we do not follow that foam rolling sequence. Feel free to pause the video and work the side of your leg with a foam roller if your body says yes.
